The log cabin sauna in the Alpenreych Park: At a pleasantly warm temperature of around 82⁰C your body works at full speed. From Monday to Saturday you can look forward to a professional sauna infusion. Particularly romantic: the fireplace in the nude area under the open sky.
Have you ever sweated between rock faces? No? Then it is high time! Take a seat in this extraordinary steam bath and enjoy the cosy warmth of 42⁰C, which boosts the metabolism and strengthens the immune system. After a visit to this cave in Alpenreych Park you will feel like newborn.
The panoramic pasture sauna in the Alpenreych Park with 92⁰C does wonders and impresses – as its name suggests – with its magnificent view of the surrounding mountain world. The interaction between hot and cold is a true elixir of health.
Just relax – this is best done in a steam bath. In addition to our Dolomite cave steam bath you will find another steam bath in our vitality centre. At a pleasant 45⁰C the finest steam envelops your body and gives you a wonderful feeling of lightness.
Herbs play an important role in alpine medicine, which has been passed down for generations, when it comes to maintaining good health. In combination with the comforting warmth of 55⁰C the local plants unfold their full power. You will notice the positive effect immediately.

The pleasant infra-red heat of 35⁰C penetrates deep through the skin into the body and provides an incomparable feeling of well-being, because the heat regulation of the skin remains unaffected. Hellishly good: new Heaven & Hell Sky Spa
The all new Sky Spa with the evocative name Heaven & Hell, an architectural masterwork that literally turns wellness upside down. You can look forward to heavenly hours of relaxation across two levels in three new whirlpools as well as hellishly good sweat sessions in the two new saunas. When it’s time for cool refreshment, the ice room awaits. A walkway takes you from the new spa area to the relaxation room.
